I can still remember the time long ago when
I visited the University of Illinois
science fair. Someone had programmed ENIAC to
play Tic-Tac-Toe and all the kids were
invited to play against it. When my turn
arrived, I went up and entered my moves. I
beat the computer! The engineers were shocked.

your skill against the computer.

The program has five playing modes:
1. Two people play against each other.
2-4. Play against a dumb, smart or genius computer.
5. Play against a student computer that gets smarter as it plays more games.
(Registration is required to play against the computer.)
